Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.


For large, heavy, or special items (e.g. geysers, large appliances) processing may take up to 5 business days.


We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers


We use reputable couriers (e.g. TCS, Leopards, M&P, or other reliable local logistic partners) for domestic deliveries across Pakistan.


For remote areas, delivery may be handed over to local courier services.


A signature may be required upon delivery for security.


3. Shipping Charges


Shipping cost details will be shared on WhatsApp


4. Delivery Time


Within major cities: typically 2–5 business days after processing.


In smaller towns or rural areas: 3–7 business days, depending on the courier network.


In exceptional cases (e.g. weather, strikes, public holidays), deliveries may take longer. We will keep you informed.


5. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.


You can use this to check delivery status via the courier’s website or app.


Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active in courier systems.


6. Address & Delivery Issues


Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (house number, street, area, city, postal code).


We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability.


If the courier is unable to deliver, they may attempt contact or hold at a local office. You must collect within the timeframe given by the courier, or additional redelivery fees may apply.


7. Duties, Taxes & Import (if applicable)


For orders outside Pakistan (if the site allows international shipping), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees levied by the destination country.


These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices at checkout.


8. Damage or Lost Shipments


Inspect your order on delivery. If you find damage, refuse or note it on the delivery receipt immediately and notify us within 24 hours.


For lost shipments, contact us with your order number and courier tracking; we will initiate an investigation.


In case of valid claims, we will replace or refund items as per our refund policy.


9. Cancellations & Changes


You may cancel or change your order before it is shipped by contacting us (via email/WhatsApp).


Once your order is in transit, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.


If a redelivery is required due to customer’s absence or address change after shipment, additional courier fees may apply.


10. Exceptions & Notes


Some high-value or bulky items (e.g. geysers, large water tanks) may ship separately or via freight services; delivery times may vary.


During sale periods or holidays, processing times may be extended; we will communicate any delays.
